Across the county of Hertfordshire our key role and area of expertise is to provide supported living services and supported accommodation which assist adults and young people with a range of needs to live independently and safely in the local communities.
At Sparkle Supported Living, person centred care is at the heart of everything that we do which means that our support and care is completely bespoke, and perfectly matched to the unique needs, preferences, and aspirations of each individual.
Our 24/7 supported living services provide 24-hour core staffing and can offer additional 1:1 to support as required to support individuals to meet goals and develop skills such as distress tolerance, emotional regulation, domestic and financial skills. Staff can provide emotional and physical support.
The support offered is individualised and tailor made to suit the individual while giving them autonomy and choice around care and support they receive. Support given includes:
Staff at Sparkle Supported Living have a considerable amount of training including, recovery in mental health, emotional regulation, self-harm and suicide mitigation, safety planning, the Mental Health Act, medication, substance misuse, care planning, risk assessment and safeguarding.
Sparkle Supported Living can provide community base support care within the individual's own accommodation within Hertfordshire, Support provided can be anything from 4 hours a day to 24 hours a day and can be 1 to 1 or 2 to 1 support if required.
